What we are most useful for
- A number that is wrong. Every load figure on this site is computed from a published model, so an error in one place propagates. Tell us and we will check the arithmetic, fix it everywhere and note the change.
- A product we should look at. Send a link. It goes into the research list for the next revision of the relevant page.
- A listing that has changed. Specifications get edited and products get discontinued. If a page quotes a figure that is no longer on the listing, we want to know.
- A question a page should have answered. Those usually become FAQ entries, which is the most direct way readers improve this site.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, delivery and returns. Pot & Prop does not sell anything. Every buy link goes to a retailer and your purchase is entirely between you and them.
- Diagnosing a specific sick plant. We cannot see it, and a guess would be worth less than nothing. A local extension service or a good nursery will do better.
- Guest posts and link requests. We do not publish them, and this is the polite version of that answer.

Pot & Prop is a national publication with no premises and no walk-in trade, so there is no address or phone number to publish — inventing one to look established is exactly the kind of thing the editorial policy rules out.
